Built in the middle of the 16th century, Albergaria Solar de Monfalim belonged to a nobleman from the Royal House: D. Gonçalo de Sousa. In 1892, the hotel received its first guest.

In the morning a delicious, homemade breakfast awaits you. We feel very strongly about personal attention and kindness, just as in the old times.

Please note that Solar de Monfalim is a 2-storey historic building and therefore does not offer lift facilities. Guests with disabilities are asked to please inform staff in advance if they wish to have a room on the ground floor.
