• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day. Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Up to two children from 5 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
