• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 7.50 per hour.

• Extra Charges: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. The hotel is closed on December 31st 2009. The Efteling Summer Season runs from April 1st until November 1st 2009. The Efteling Winter Season runs from December 12th 2009 till January 31st 2010. On January 1st 2010 the park is closed.
