An ideal base for a variety of activities and extreme sports, including surfing, biking and hiking, this contemporary B&B is set close to the beaches of Newquay and the north Cornwall coast.

During your stay you can enjoy the spectacular coastline and countryside right on the Metro’s doorstep; the South West Coast Path is just a short walk away and The Cornish Way offers a stunning collection of cycle trails to follow.

Newquay itself has a lot of family attractions to visit, including Blue Reef
Aquarium, Dairyland and Trerice Manor. Plus there's Trenance Gardens and Boating Lake nearby, and Waterworld fun pool with water-slides.

For your relaxation, a south facing sundeck with countryside views to help you top up your tan.

If you want to keep in contact with family, friends and colleagues, a wireless hot-spot is available in some of the bedrooms and there is a PC located in the lounge area with broadband access. There is no charge for this service.

The Metro is located at the quieter end of Newquay and yet only a 5 minute walk from Porth Beach and 10-15 minutes’ walk to the town centre along the sea front. It is 5 minutes in a car from Newquay airport and all the major bus routes pass by the front door.

Based in mid-Cornwall, the Metro provides easy access to famous attractions such as The Eden Project, National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Tate St Ives.
