Portloe is on the south Cornish Coast, midway between St. Austell and Falmouth. The Hotel is conveniently situated for touring this outstanding area. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are just two of the numerous attractions nearby. By road: Travel by road via the M5 motorway and A30 or A38; turn off the A390 St. Austell to Truro road on to the B3287 road to Tregony. Then take the A3078 (St. Mawes road) and 2 miles further on, fork left for Veryan and Portloe, turning left at the T-junction for Portloe. On arrival, you are assured of space in the private hotel car park. By train: Regular train services from London Paddington to Truro. A taxi or hire car can be arranged for you if you wish. By air: Daily flights from London Gatwick and London Stansted to Newquay Airport. A taxi or hire car can be arranged for you if you wish.
