" We found the hotel easily but had great difficulty finding the reception entrance. There is one small sign which points towards the car park, away from the hotel, that is in the opposite direction. When I mention the poor sign to reception the receptionist said, We have only been open 9 months and will soon be getting a proper sign Having found the reception we had to wait a considerable time before being attended to. We were asked if we wanted to book breakfast for the following morning, and recommended that we did so. We agreed and were given a voucher. Nect morning at the Pieterman restaurant they had not been advised of our booking, we had to wait a very long time to be served, whilst many people arriving in the restaurant after us were served immediately. This was both frustrating and annoying. Finally the ingredients for the breakfast arrived and it was most disappointing and certainly not worth the €10. Previous morning we had paid the same amount in Valk Hotel in Den Haag and received an outstanding selection of food. I certainly would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, in fact I would warn them not to use it. The electronic safe in our room did not work and despite a complaint to reception was not fixed. "
