• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 120 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 22.5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

By Car (from Las Palmas Airport to Club Vista Serena): - Take the Gran Canaria 1 Sur motorway. - Pass San Agustin and Playa del Ingles and take the exit for Maspalomas. - After leaving the motorway, take the right fork for Mercado. - With Mercado on the right, make a U-turn around by the car park on the left. - Take a sharp right and continue to the next large roundabout and turn left. - Take the next right turn and follow the road until you come to the sign for Club Vista Serena (this is the 4th street on the right). By Plane: The hotel is 30 km from the airport. Pick up can be arranged.
