The hotel is entirely non-smoking.

The free shuttle is an 8-seat van and runs every 20 minutes from Terminal 2.
Pick up points are:
- Terminals 2A and 2C, Gate 8.
- Terminals 2B and 2D, Gate 9.
- Terminals 2E and 2F, Hall 4.
- TGV station at CDG2, Level 5.
- From Terminal 2G, the airport shuttle can take you to Terminal 2F, Hall 4.

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from Terminal 1. Pick up point is Gate 30.

The shuttle from Terminal 3 is available upon request by calling the hotel on day of arrival.

The hotel operates a free shuttle service to Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 2, the TGV station and Terminal 1. The 8-seat van runs to CDG airport, with one departure every 20 minutes to terminal 2 and rail station and one departure every 30 minutes from the to of the hour to terminal 1 from 06:00 to 23:30 Pick up points are at the arrival level : - Terminal 2A and 2C, gate 8. - Terminal 2B and 2D, gate 9. - Terminal 2E and 2F, gallery 4 (near car rental desks) - TGV station at CDG2, level 5 - Terminal 2G, upon request, by calling the hotel on day of arrival. - Terminal 1, gate 30. Shuttles to and from terminal 3 are available upon request, by calling the hotel on day of arrival day.
