On the 7th and last floor, everything has been created for wellness and fitness: Indoor swimming-pool heated all year round with a solarium covering 130 square metres, fitness room with cardio-training equipment, sauna and hammam.

2 meeting rooms, one especially structured for boards of directors, the other an amphitheatre for a capacity of 40 people. Both of them offer high technology equipments: individual high speed Internet access, direct telephone, moving screen and video projector.

• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
