• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 30.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Golden Palace, Turin - Important Information

Only children over the age of 10 can be admitted to the Golden Spa. Christmas Holidays 2009/2010: Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 December, the spa is open from 09:30 to 18:00. The 24 December it also closes at 18:00. From 25 December to 3 January 2010 the spa is closed. Wednesday 6 January 2010 it is open from 09:30 to 18:00. Please be informed the swimming pool, sauna and hammam will be out of order from 9 December to 15 January 2010.
