The guesthouse Kartnaller lies in the midst of the mountainous country region of Tirol, and located just outside of Neustift in Stubaital. Because of the nearness to the Stubaier Glacier Neustift is the most popular and most famous village of that valley.
Personal care is here important: We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your stay and we aim to fulfil all your desires.
Around the house you will find more than 850 km nature- and hiking-adventure pure.

Our house was founded in 1978 and since then it is run by the family Kartnaller who can look back to 29 years of guests and hospitality. We offer five comfortable apartments for our guests. We have been awarded with 3 stars by the private landlord association of Tyrol.

The apartments suit a number of guests and the house is located in a central, yet quiet area on the south side of the city. There is easy access to the apartments via a lift. You can enjoy sun bathing on your own terrace of balcony and a lawn for your own use (e.g. to have a barbecue).

It is the ideal base for hiking tours in the summer as you can start directly in front of the house. In the winter you have quick access to the ski lift and the country skiing piste. The ski areas Elfer is 10 minutes away and the Stubaier glacier 15 minutes

There is a car park on site and a bus stop only 50 metres away. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a supermarket 250 metres from the apartment building.

Sample the local produce and purchase fresh milk and butter from the farm which is 50m away. Daily fresh rolls from the baker's are supplied to your door and are delivered personally by the manager Rudi every Sunday. Tyrolean bacon, delicious farmer bread, goats cheese, honey and much more are available at the Stubai farmers market, which takes place every fortnight on Fridays in the village information centre.

The apartments are located on the way from Neustift to the Stubaier glacier. About 2 km after Neustift in the quarter Midlers. There is a Spar shop on the left side and after 250 metres a field on the right side. The guest house Kartnaller is the second house with terrace shape on the right.
