The REMORINO is a first-class hotel with a difference: Nestled in the Ticino landscape, the hotel enjoys a splendidly calm location close to the lake, bordering Minusio’s historic village centre. An exquisite spot for relaxation with a southern magic that will enchant you throughout your stay.

The REMORINO is a place with history: It was built in 1967 on a former vineyard by Nelly and Mario Qualizza after their return from Venezuela. A few of the old vines can still be seen today in the garden. Over the years, two bordering parcels of land were acquired and the pool and park grounds were added. Since 1992, the hotel has been in the hands of the second generation: Sonja and Pascal Kirchlechner-Qualizza, who renovated the entire ground floor in 1999 and lent their own personal touch to the hotel.
