The Active by Leitner's is a new style hotel and spa with a unique architecture and a perfect location in the town of Kaprun near Zell am See - an oasis for all senses and seasons.

Enjoy culinary pleasures in our 600-year-old farm restaurant, relax in the spectacular spa area with heated outdoor pool and enjoy individual coaching and professional support by our own sports guides. The restaurant is an authentically renovated farm, only a few steps from the hotel and a perfect contrast to its modern architecture. Thanks to our absolutely quiet yet very central location, you can reach various restaurants and shops in a few minutes' walk, and the ski bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. In summer the bicycle and hiking paths start right in front of the hotel.

- Enjoy the very substantial breakfast buffet and cakes, coffee, tea and other drinks from the buffet in the afternoon in our hotel, but in the evenings you are spoilt for choice! Our restaurant is a original, renovated 600-years-old farmhouse, a few steps away. Every day from 16:00 to 23:00 we serve a variety of excellent 4-course menus and a salad buffet.

• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Active by Leitner's, Kaprun - Directions

Zell am See train station is 6 km away (Transfers from and to the train station are available subject to a charge); and Salzburg Airport is 80 km to the north. By car: Take the A 8 motorway, coming from the direction of Nürnberg and Munich, towards Salzburg. Take the exit "Bad Reichenhall" and drive towards Lofer (you will not need to purchase a motorway vignette), drive past Zell am See straight towards Kaprun.
