Levantes is built according to the traditional architecture of Ios, with large surfaces made of stones collected from the neighbouring mountains. The effect beautifully combines the whiteness of the building with the blue colour of the sea.

The Hotel's Rooms, Suites and Maisonettes all have their own unique theme and our guests can choose among 19 of them. Some Suites or Rooms have an individual pool, making them a destination of utmost pleasure.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 8 to 12 years is charged EUR 27.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
