• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.90 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 14.50 per night and person in a baby cot. One child from 4 to 12 years is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed. All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
