We offer something completely different to a hotel: 56 very nice furnished flats (35-60 m²) with hotel service in a great renovated factory in the centre of Brussels.

Every flat has its own fully equipped kitchenette with all utensils and a large fridge and microwave. Relax on a sofa, work at the desk or enjoy the TV. Most of the flats have a separate bedroom. The flats are ideal as a home-from-home for a convenient and economical stay in the centre of Brussels.

On demand we can provide breakfast packages, while car parking is available (at an additional cost) and there is wireless broadband internet in the whole building.

Our complex with garden offers something different to people who are tired with standard hotel rooms.
You can cook your own meals and since we provide seats and sofa's you don't always have to use your bed to watch TV.

Our complex has no own bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself. On walking distance there are also a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices. At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
