The Hotel Parklane is located in a residence along the Plantage Parklaan, on a green and quiet spot in the centre of Amsterdam at a walking distance from several different cultural experiences. For this reason the hotel is the ideal starting point for excursions throughout the city of Amsterdam.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area close to famous squares, small pubs, bars and the tramway.

This small and charming hotel makes you feel at home. It has clean and spacious rooms that sleep between one and three people. Rooms for 4 people are available on request and at an extra charge.

Our hotel is completely non smoking!

Due to the 19th century character of the building, which is now considered a historic landmark, no two rooms are the same regarding lay-out and furnishings.

Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet includes fresh Dutch coffee or tea, a boiled egg, some brown or white bread, muesli, cornflakes, yoghurt, cheese, pâté, jam and much more. For lunch and dinner there are over 20 places to eat within 100 metres of the hotel. The restaurants vary from Dutch, French, Turkish, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Thai and Indonesian and there are also bakeries, butcheries, supermarkets and night shops.

From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport: By Taxi: - You can take a taxi directly to the hotel By Train: - You can take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. Travel time is about 19 minutes. By Shuttle bus: - You can also take the Connexxion Shuttle Bus. - Get off at the Rembrandt Hotel in the Plantage Middenlaan. - At the end of the street turn right into the Plantage Parklaan. From Amsterdam Central Station: - Take tram number 9. - Get off at the Artis-Plantage Kerklaan stop and walk back to the previous corner, the Plantage Parklaan. The total journey time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 40 minutes. By car: - Take the Amsterdam ring road in toward Zaandam. - Exit S116 (Volendam-Noord-Centrum) toward Centrum through the IJ-tunnel. - Take the first exit on the left. - Follow the street and at the tram rails head to the right. - After 50 metres look across the street for Plantage Parklaan.
