Payment Information: Once the reservation has been made the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee the reservation. A valid ID document must be presented at check-in. In addition, all guests must provide a phone number or email address to be contacted at all times. Key Collection: The key collection address depends on the time and date of arrival. Regular days, from 09:00 to 23:45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner). From 00:00 until 09:00 in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca). Public holidays, from 09:00 to 13:45 and from 16:00 to 18:45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner). At any other arrival time, check-in takes place in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca).
