Make sure to try out the Bleibtreus imaginative range of cuisine. The Deli 31 brings a touch of New York to the Bleibtreustrasse. Burgers, fries, salads, bagels, sandwiches, and weekly specials are prepared right before your eyes in the open-plan kitchen. Great attention is paid to the quality of all ingredients. The wines mostly come from local vineyards while the meat is sourced from organic farms. Each morning, you can look forward to a comprehensive breakfast buffet. The Bleibtreu also offers an à la carte breakfast from 08:00 until 22:00.
