Romantically illuminated in winter, Hotel Vitaler Landauerhof is located in the Dachstein-Tauern region in Austria's green heart, only a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away from Schladming.

It is an ideal starting point for hikes or skiing trips in the Amadé Ski World, which is only a few minutes away.

For active guests a well-equipped fitness room, as well as tennis courts and a heated outdoor pool, are available free of charge (both in summer).

Well-signposted jogging, Nordic walking and mountain bike trails start near the Hotel Vitaler Landauerhof. In winter the cross-country ski run starts right outside, and the hotel can be easily reached on your skis on ski route no. 43. The Planai, the Hochwurzen and the Dachstein Glacier are ideal for excursions and hikes.

The traditional Styrian restaurant Landalm is opposite the hotel. The terrace offers beautiful views of the Dachstein. Tennis lessons are available on request at the hotel's private tennis courts.

Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 and includes fruit juices, fresh fruit and a wide range of cereal, sausages and cheeses, as well as homemade bread and farmers' butter. Dinner can be booked at any time and includes a 4-course meal, with a choice of 2 main dishes. Herbs from the hotel's own garden are used. Special emphasis is put on healthy, natural cooking, but regional and international specialities are also served. An extensive wine list with top Austrian wines as well as international specialities lets you end your evening in style. After dinner you can enjoy refined schnapps and brandies.
