Our guest house is situated at the bottom of the Karawanken, near the southern city Ferlach in Carinthia. It is 15 km away from Klagenfurt.

Here you can enjoy a healthy environment with clean air and pleasant scenery surrounding the house. It is also a good starting point for hiking and biking tours and there is an established culture in the close by areas.

The hotel offers - against charges - a variety of saunas (Finnish, Bio or Herb sauna variation), a marble-steam bath with smell and light therapy and massage with home-made Herb-oils. Activities at the hotel include basketball and there is a swimming pool in summer with a lawn for sunbathing.
