The hotel offers 48 totally new, modern residential units with business facilities (23 to 38 m²). All rooms are quietly located on the fourth and fifth floors of the building and are fully air-conditioned. We guarantee comfortable living in modern rooms with a remarkable view over the city of Vienna or over the vineyards of Vienna between the Kahlenberg and the Bisamberg. All our rooms offer unique amenities: separate living and bedroom areas, separate bathrooms and toilets, and all facilities expected by business travellers, including room service.

The hotel offers an underground car park, a restaurant, a bar and a business centre with secretarial services. Our convention centres are situated on 2 floors with a total of 1,200 m² of convention space for executive meetings, board meetings, conferences and product presentations for 4 to 600 people, offering the ideal setting for any event.

The party service and catering team will be happy to discuss any more specialised meal requirements you may have. Modul Bar: From 10:00 onwards you can enjoy your breakfast at the bar. In the evening the bar serves a wide variety of drinks.

• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

• Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 21.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
