Only a 12-minute bus trip from the city centre, this typical Viennese hotel in the green district of Döbling occupies an original Art Nouveau building from 1888, which is unique in all Vienna.

Superbly situated in Vienna's finest residential area, Hotel Park Villa is a privately owned establishment combining a traditional ambience with modern comfort. It was converted into a hotel in 1908 and completely renovated in 2006.

The comfortable rooms are equipped with many modern amenities. Some rooms also have a balcony or face the garden.

All windows in the hotel were replaced with double glazing in summer 2009, providing optimal soundproofing.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and in the garden free of charge. A laptop is available free of charge in the lobby and in the drawing room.

Hotel Park Villa serves a rich breakfast buffet as well as coffee and cake in the afternoon. This is served in the lounge or, if the weather is nice, in the hotels beautiful garden.

There are many typically Viennese "Heurigen" (wine taverns) as well as a wide range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU) and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) are close to the hotel and can be reached on foot. 2 large parks are next door.

You can reach the city centre in only 12 minutes with the bus line 40A. The stop is opposite the hotel.
