They are built in such a way so guests can experience the way that old Cretan houses were built. They have a sleeping area on an open mezzanine, with the sitting area and bathroom underneath. Koutouloufari is just 30 km north-east of Heraklion, situated above Hersonissos. It has retained its traditional Greek heritage and there are some lovely shops and restaurant. Its nightlife also attracts locals from Hersonissos.

Creta Blue Suites is only 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Koutouloufari and one kilometre from the centre of Hersonissos. It will take you no more than 30 minutes from the airport and only a 10-minute drive from an 18-hole golf course, which is the best in Greece and one of the best in Europe.
