"Tamaris" is a new hotel, opened in 2005, located right beside the sea, in St. Euphemius Bay, approx. 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Hotel- Pension "Tamaris" is open all year round and offers accommodation in 14 contemporary furnished double bedrooms. Boat moorings are located in front of the hotel. Guests can choose between breakfast, half board or full board arrangements.

All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The closest airport is located on the island of Krk. It is possible to come to Rab by bus from Rijeka and from Zagreb. By car: - Via Salzburg and Karawanken Tunnel into Slovenia, onward via Ljubljana and Postojna in direction of Croatia and the city of Rijeka, from the city of Rijeka forward 105 km to the ferry port Jablanac. - Via Vienna and Graz into Slovenia, onward via Maribor to Zagreb, from the direction of Budapest and the city of Varaždin to Zagreb, from Zagreb forward on highway to Žuta Lokva, onward on the road in direction of the city of Senj, forward on the road in direction of Split to the ferry port Jablanac , total 60 km. - Across Switzerland into Italy and onward via Milan, Venice and Trieste in Slovenia, forward in direction of Croatia and the city of Rijeka, from the city of Rijeka forward 105 km to the ferry port Jablanac. During the summer months: June, July, August and the first half of September additional option of arrival from the direction of Rijeka via bridge to the island of Krk, onward in direction of ferry port Baška on the island of Krk, on ferry boat from Baška to ferry port in Lopar on the island of Rab 50 minutes and onward approx. 13 km to Pansion Tamaris.
