On the ground floor, The Central has a typical, traditional East London pub with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The pub has a pool table, darts and big-screen TVs showing live sporting events.

The accommodation is located on the first floor, above the pub. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen for guests' use and the bathroom facilities are also shared.

A full cooked English breakfast is available every day.

The nightclub is open on Friday and Saturday nights and there could be some slight noise disruption for guests staying in the hotel at those times.

By London Underground: The nearest London Underground station is Upton Park, which is on the District line (green) and the Hammersmith & City line (pink). Leave Upton Park Station, exiting onto Green Street and turn right. Walk to the end of this road and you will reach Barking Road. Turn left and walk down the road until you reach The Central on the right-hand side. Please note that the entrance of the hotel is on Macaulay Road, next to the pub.
