• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Internet via modem is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per 30 minutes.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 42.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
