  "Good base for stay in Krakow. Main train station is 500m approx (use to travel to Aushwitz/Birkenau at a fraction of taxi/coach tours) as is the huge Galeria Krakow(makes Canary Wharf shopping centre look small). A few blocks from the main square which itself is a 15min walk from the Kasimeriz/Jewish quarter. If you plan to take opportunity of one of the many coach tours, the main departure location is just around the corner." (99019639)

  Friendly and helpful staff. Very helpful with travel and tour plans. free access to web on computer in reception area.

  Online booking in euro but final bill in zloty. The plumbing did cause one guest problems but room was changed promptly. Train line directly behind hotel which is relatively quiet but not highlihgted in hotel details. Hospital also relatively close. Ambulance sirens sounded fairly often.

  Fresh,clean modern hotel.High standard of decor. Well situated for all tourist attractions. Fully equiped

  Located in a ncie area, very close to the new shopping centre. Modern, new, clean hotel. Ideal for a short stay with very friendly staff and all amenities close by

  "Very well-positioned - only a few minutes walk from the main square. Booked organised tours through reception which was great when you are only there for a few days. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves." (99434443)

  Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

  Lack of tea coffee making facilities in the rooms, but then again that's not unusual for European hotels.

  "Hotel situated in a very good location, i.e. short walk from/to train/bus station. Friendly staff always keen to assist. Shuttle service from/to the hotel to the main attractions (concentration camps, salt mine,...)." (97914396)

  Modern room, very friendly and helpful staff. Internet access helpful. Great location.

  Poor breakfast. Very little choice and items ran out quite early on.
