Très bonne situation pour visiter Cracovie / Very good localisation to visit Krakow
Très bruyant malgré le double vitrage / very noisy despite shutted and double-glazing windows Literie molle et fatiguée / Too soft and out-of-usage mattresses Un lit était cassé, et n'a pas été changé malgré notre demande / One bed was broken and was not changed despite our demand.

Very clean and good view from the balcony window. Quite spacious for 2. Very helpful staff. Good price.
The balcony doors did not lock, the doors into the apartments were made of glass, not enough cutlery/crockery. Noisy neighbours partly caused by glass doors rattling and problems locking doors. Also because of glass in doors when lights were switched on at 2 and 3 in the moring the light from the hallway came straight into our room waking us. Traffic noisy but got used to that.
