quiet with generally speaking nice staff. A very polite lady prepared the breakfast.
One of the receptionist was not helpfulat all but the other two were great. The room was not clean. the rooms did not have wireless connection, you had to come downstairs to use thewireless connection (which sometimes did not work) the telephone at the rooms did not work.

Muy amable la atencion del personal del Hotel, me parecio que esta ubicado en una buena zona para utilizar el transporte publico para moverse fuera o dentro de la ciudad de Viena.
No me agrado la apariencia del lobby, mi primera impresion fue que hice una mala seleccion del Hotel.

"We needed somewhere to sleep for the night that was dry and reasonably safe for leaving our belongings and we got it. Don't expect any more than that, though." (108321519)
Reasonably clean, beds are comfy and it's quite quiet.
Were allowed to book online even though there were no rooms available so it took a while for us to get our room. Everything smells smoky and is yellowed from years of nicotine staining.
