  Good accomodation and convenient location.

  Internet connection in room was not syutable for international traveller - it required modem and dial-up isp account. Broadband wireless connectivity should be provided to better reflect the service provided in similarilly priced hotels around the world.

  "Good value based on our late booking price" (107537886)

  When we complained that the room still had previous occupants' underwear in the cupboards (!) this was compensated by a complementary bottle of wine at our meal. Swimming Pool was excellent!

  The room should have been more conscientioulsy cleaned and drawers and cupboards checked!

  "The hotel was still being renovated on the outside and this could put some people off from the outset. We would have liked to know before hand that the room had no fridge or mini bar and that robes would not be given at the swimming pool." (97725768)

  It was in a good spot for all amenities and was very good value for money

  The swimming pool did not give out robes to wear. As avid hotel visitors this is quite unusual.

  "Overall th hotel was adequate for our requirements , may consider staying with you again." (97873714)

  The spa facilities were good,although had no time to use as was only staying one night to attand a wedding in Neath town. The room was ok was fairly clean , the bed was big and comfortable.

  The shower head was dirty and the piping attached to the shower was damaged, if we stayed longer we would have reported this. There was dust underneath the unit the Tv stood on and there were cup marks on the unit.

  "Easy to get to from M4, friendly efficient check in/out and clean and modern rooms. Unfortuantly my room (42) had a very uncomfortable matress - you could feel all the springs through the sheets. Also whenever the adjoining room uses the taps/toilet/shower, the water noise through the pipes was very loud in the room and woke me up." (97318355)

  Couldn't access internet in room or in lounge wifi.

  Accomodation was excellant

  nothing, the only thing I would say was that the meals could be expensive
