Food, staff approach to customers.
No hot water during first day.

Renia Hotel-Apartments, Timbaki - Reviews & Ratings"We loved the beach at Agia Pelagia - it's small but the sea is beautifully clean. At the hotel, we found the staff incredibly helpful - they even found our friends a room at another hotel as they had no availablity and our friends wanted to stay the night - not to mention ringing round for bus times etc etc. The room was nice and clean, as was the pool area. Good all round!" (99573013)
The hotel is in a great location - really close to the beach.
If I have to say something, then the location could also be a drawback - we were at the front of the hotel and this really is on the main drag to the beach, so it could be fairly noisy in the mornings. But then, we were staying out drinking Raki until late, so that would probably be fine otherwise...

"Our apt was in good decorative order (with the exception of the bathroom crack). A lovely view over the pool and surrounding terrace with tables for breakfast and sun loungers.We would stay there again. Very helpful manager." (108803147)
Well positioned not far from the beach but set back far enough to be screened by other buildings. No problem with noise. I had the impression from the comments on your site that the Renia was right on the beach and esplanade. This is not so. It is off the road which leads to the beach. Best positioned apts face inwards towards the pool.
Pity that the gap between the bathroom wall and door was filled by loo paper. So simple to run some mastick filler down the crack! I saw no evidence of pool cleaning and did not really feel that the pool was very appetising to swim in. Perhaps a bit end of season problem here.
