Very clean, friendly staff. Very close to pub serving excellent food and a McDonalds
seemed low on staff at breakfast, only one lad doing everything. Needed to ask for top ups of items running low

The hotel was lovely and clean and the facilities (ie. air conditioner in our room) were easy to work. The staff were very helpful and if we are ever in the area again we will most definately stay again.
We cannot think of any bad points to our stay.

Easy to find. Cheerful welcome. Adequate information. Good basic breakfast. Comfortable lounge. More than adequate for an overnight stay.
There was a very musty smell in the room coming from the bathroom--needed a good bleach down the drains etc. My daughter reported that the sofa bed was very umcomfortable " it was like sleeping on a bed of rocks"

We were not told we would be charged for the parking by staff when we checked in; this would have been courteous.

One of the funny points of the trip was knocking on the bedroom door for my daughter to answer, when a door opened further along the corridor and a mans voice said that I could give him room service!! Express By Holiday Inn Droitwich, Droitwich Spa - Reviews & Ratings"I found the situation of the hotel ideal and it was not at all noisy. The room was cosy and the bathroom very complete, except that there was no shampoo. There was always hot water and the temperature was easy to graduate. The hotel in general was extremely clean and I found the staff very friendly and always willing to help. I think the breakfast could have been more varied and we rarely had a drink in the hotel bar as we found the prices very expensive. We booked a non smoking room, but it was right next door to the smoking rooms and we could always notice the smell of smoke in the corridors. I think perhaps smoking and non smoking rooms should be on separate floors." (97155678)

Great that dogs are allowed but don't know why they have to charge £10 where other holiday inn expresses do not charge.

Location, Nice Quiet Area, Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was second to none.
On arrival told about were we could eat. Either in the hotel or a restaurant beside the hotel, we decided to try the restaurant outside the hotel. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone the food was horrible and not cooked the way we asked.

I could park my lorry somewhere where I could have decent accommodation.
Didn't like ultra horrible taste (UHT) milk supplied for tea/coffee in bedroom, and had it been proper milk, not enough of it.
