  "Brief stay this time, but have stayed in the city hotel 7 years ago and the hotel has definately improved." (107937341)

  Location less than 10 minutes walk from station. Less busy than centre. Staff are very helpful. Good bar a few buildings down!

  Could not check in untill 13.30 (Room not ready),As I was out untill late everning I needed to drop off bag and change, left me hanging around.

  "The staff at the hotel were brilliant. The quad room sucked. My wife, myself and 2 teenage boys in a room deisigned for one was really not good fun. The bed was broken, one tiny cupboard for 4 people, the worst stairs I have ever seen, a bathroom designed for a midget. As for the buffet breakfast, in my book a hardboiled egg, bread and jam, a couple slices of cheese and processed meat and cofee do not a buffet make. Look up the definition of a buffet, it wasnt what we had. The staff were really nice and the location was good. Next time I will rather pay a bit more but I will never put my family through that again." (99955276)

  Good location, friendly staff.

  room was a bit noisy as it was near the front of the hotel which was a main road
