Lovely clean and modern hotel with good safe parking facilities. Within walking distance of football ground, town centre and restaurants. Good hearty breakfast was lovely too and nothing was any trouble.
Very few except it was situated on a busy noisy road but it didn't spoil our stay.

Very clean,friendly, close to town,parking,no mushrooms (highly allergic to them so more often than not cant eat food prepared near them!)so could eat breakfast!!

Alberta Guest House, Hereford, Herefordshire - Reviews & Ratings"The accommodation is covered over 3 buildings so you may not be in a building with anyone esle in your group. the parking was off road behind the buildings using two enterances. there is a small garden with playhouse and swings for children to play on a warm day. The rooms are excellently clean and up-dated and the beds are comfy. Breakfast was cooked by friendly and helpful staff and was very tasty and filling. Would i stay there next year? Yes i would and am!" (97867836)
It was fantastically clean, comfy bed! tea,coffee,hot chocolate, biscuits in the room :)

Small double bed. A LOT OF NOISE FROM TRAFFIC ON ROAD IN FRONT ROOMS BREAKFAST CLOSED AT 09.00 - Far too early for a weekend break. Taps in sink loose, NO HOT WATER - water lukewarm, not hot enough to have a bath

We waited another hour and still nobody around, eventually managed to get through to owner on mobile, but still had to wait another 20 mins in the pooring rain before we could even get into the hotel and out of the cold and rain outside. no good explanation from the owner, we had agreed by e-mail previously arrival time." First impression always counts and it was a good one, the acommodation was clean and welcoming and a good base for the town and local facilities.
Noisy Road - but did quieten down over night.

The breakfast was searved in a very nice manner by that I mean it was placed on the plate nicely not just thrown on and served.The dinning hall facilities was also very good and clean and overall the hotel is a credit to the people running it and I have already reccomended it to my friends." I also parked my car in a slightly awkward position, something they were very understanding about. Unfortunately, due to a late night, we missed the breakfast so I'm unable to comment on that. i thought that the staff were helpful
Atrea not great-on a main road. Little things such as lumpy bed, missing bathroom door lock, ill fitting window frames, poor bath drainage , were a source of some annoyance along with the noise from the road.

Fresh and clean acccommodation. Friendly staff. Well prepared food. Sufficient parking at back of hotel.
Rather a long way to carry heavy suitcase from car park to ensuite accommodation. Might be better if customers are asked if they need help with this when booking in.
