The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The grounds and facility were very nice. Good food. The reception staff was not very friendly. They would answer questions if asked, but volunteered nothing extra. On the booking confirmation the telephone number for the hotel was incorrect. They also advertised a shuttle service from the train station to the hotel. This statement was false and misleading. They do not offer any such service. We would have reconsidered the location if we had known in advance this was not available. We spent several hundred additional Euros/Dollars on car service to/from the hotel to Treviso and train station. Anyone choosing this hotel should either rent a car or be prepared for the transportation costs.

Swimming pool was great durign hot days of August! Hotel is located in in a winyard that makes it very special. Hotel also runs a great kitchen! Food is good! It has an ideal set up for wedding and big parties. No complaints! You have to make sure to have a car! A bit of drive from anywhere!

I have stayed at this hotel on 2 previous ocassions and the service is always outstanding. The staff has changed over the years but the general concept of good service has remained intact. The grounds are spectacular and the pool an added (and much needed) bonus. The appeal is that is far enough out of the away to get away from normal daily routine but close enough to get to Venice without much hassle. Not being aware that this would be the 2 week period they ran on skeleton staff which meant that apart from breakfast (which is good) the rest of the menu was very limited. Toasted cheese and ham or melon and ham and maybe 3 other selections. This was the same for lunch and dinner and the window to order lunch was 12-1. Other times I know that the menu selection is very good. Perhaps something to alert other bookers of.

I thought the idea of a villa turned into a very nice hotel was appealing. And it was. The rooms (jr. Suite) was very comfortable, quiet, and furnished well. We only ate breakfast at the in-house restaurant, but food and service were good. It had a nice, medium sized pool with lounges, swings, a large grass area, and a small gymn. The in room flat panel television could have been larger for the jr suites. Maybe a 27 or a 32 inch. Viewing the 20 was difficult from the beds. Consistent hot water in the shower seemed to be the only other problem I experienced.

The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful with a few personal situations. The location was lovely and relaxing, and the pool with all of its various lounging areas was perfect. It was a great hotel for a relaxing time during the holidays.

Gorgeous venitian villa with very large and confortable rooms; excellent food in the restaurant; very professional and helpful staff Slightly poor breakfast buffet; I could not get my shirt ironed after 7 pm.

La stanza che ci ha accolto era molto spaziosa, tranquilla e con una bella vista sul grande parco. Il personale e stato gentile e solerte a rispondere alle nostre richieste.

Il parco esterno. La stanza a me assegnata richiedeva quanto meno una ripitturazione. La colazione lasciava intravedere la chiusura stagionale visto che la proposta era minima. Tra la stanza e la colazione il relais mi e sembrato sovrastimato come categoria alberghiera.

Splendida struttura, buona posizione, ristorante caretto ma di buona qualita. Camere ampie e con letti decisamente over-size. Bagno molto funzionale in marmo. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile Moquette in camera, colazione non proprio all'altezza della struttura.

Nous n'avons passe qu'une nuit avant de reprendre l'avion a Trevise, mais, cet hotel est d'un certain standing, dans un endroit calme et reposant, bien garde au niveau du parking et avec un personnel a la reception disponible et fournissant les renseignements utiles (horaires trains).TB Su le prix donne par Booking offre vente Flash.

L'entrata lungo il vigneto che porta alla struttura e molto suggestiva ,la struttura molto piacevole sia come estetica ,servizi e personale molto molto cordiale ,questa volta fatto solo pernottamento e colazione veramente completa .In passato provato a cenare veramente da provare e sicuramente lo consigliero ad amici.

Ruhige Lage am Stadtrand von Treviso, inmitten von Weinreben und einem grossen Park gelegen. Sehr schones und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant - wir fahren seit ber 10 Jahren immer wieder gerne dorthin!

- 15 Minuten vor offiziellem Ende der Frhstckszeit wurde begonnen das Bffet abzubauen, obwohl klar ersichtlich war, dass wir noch nicht fertig sind. - Bei der Bestellung "Schinken mit Feigen" als Vorspeise fehlten die Feigen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass diese aus sind, man aber noch Mozarella dazu servieren konnte.

Anlass war bzw. Ist die Geschaftsreise. Im Hotell ist man wieder privat und mochte die gleichen Annehmlichkeiten wie zu Hause und das gefallt. Ich war jetzt dreimal da, zweimal alllein und einmal mit Begleitung und war jedesmal zufrieden. Die Dienstreisen sind zu kurz.
