"I needed a 3 plug adapter for my phone charger and was very surprised that they didn't have one in a hotel with a 4 star rating. We were put in a separate dining room which had no atmosphere unfortunately but the food was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was nice. Suggestion that a travel iron in the room would be recommended for a 4 star hotel as standard." (97325779)
