Lovely considerate staff, neat handy location, charming older venetiza style room with pleasing canal views. Excellent restaurants / cafes nearby in the vicinity.
Hotel noisey at irregular times due to marble floors ie. hear furniture being scrapped about from other rooms. Very expensive for 2-star hotel accommodation however typical of busy weekend in Venice I believe. The weather turned unexpectantly cold on one night; the hotel was unable to re-activate it's radiator heating system.
