Personnel non dérangeant pas pour autant agréable, ascenceur, bon matelas
tapisserie mal entrenue ds la chambre , reste de nouriture ds le mini bar , seche cheveux ne fonctionne pas , lampe qui ne marche plus , trous ds la baignoire ...

The staff at reception was EXTREMELY helpful! Although we were far from home we actually felt AT HOME. We could not speak French because it was a last minute trip - but they had patience, were very helpful AND was able to assist us in English.
