Good location - close to public transport. Room was big but
Staff was not reallly friendly.

Best Western Hotel President, Berlin - Reviews & Ratings"The accommodation was very comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly and some not so friendly. The hotel is very central. The pillows were very soft and additional pillows should be available in the rooms. We stayed on the 5th floor and the refreshment machine on the corridor only had hot water available there was no coffee or drinking chocolate or cappucino available despite reporting this to reception on arrival at the hotel, it was still not restocked when we were departing the hotel. But overall it was a lovely hotel." (99525609)
The accommodation was clean and comfortable
There was only one pillow per person. Additional pillows should be in each room.
