Clean, stylish. The incense in the corridors sent me straight back to Asia!!

"the hotel is a great,and worthy of its 5 stars service was fantastic,as was the food.highly recomended..... my only complaint and its a big complaint,is that as a romantic cupid room,it should be as far away from the lifts as possible.so as not to disturb other guests,or be disturbed.(we had the constant noise of the lifts going up and down and guests walking passed the door).Especially when you advertise sound proofed rooms. from the infomation supplied about bath salts and roses in the bath etc i thought the bath would be big enough for a romantic couple together,but alas it was only big enough for 1 person to sit in upright,useless and pointless when considering the bath salts.......... would not recommend this hotel for romance if given the same room again......" the free dinner was fantastic,definately worth going back for......... service was great!
i booked the cupid room,promised arrows(advertised we have the arrows!)didn't see any arrows.... gave us a room next to the lift,constant noise!!!! bath not big enough for 1 person to use the bath salts supplied let, alone a romantic bath for 2!!!!!!!! being the valentines special this was a big disappointment.
