Hotel Village, Pollein - Reviews & Ratings"Its a good base for a week end skiing in the Aosta valley with La Thuile & Courmayaur a 35min drive & Pila is only 15 mins away. The Chalets are close to the motorway though this really is not a issue as there is no noticable noise & it makes it really easy to get on the A5 in the morning (geting bk to the hotel is a litle trickier from the A5, the road system gets very Italian & a couple more signs would be very helpfull)There is a train track within half a mile though only 1 train every couple of hrs & no overnight ones, trians seem to stop at about 9pm. Overall would say its fantastic value & the Chalets are very cosy with some fantastic views. I will def be using the hotel again." (99915916)

I thought the chalets were lovely the beds comfortable, bathroom spotless a lovely place to stay
The only small criticism is I think the lighting in the bedroom could be increased ie it was too dark to find somethings.

"We loved the chalets but were very disappointed to find no restaurant open within walking distance. The location is quiet considering the proximity of major roads, but very confusing to find. I would not recommend this as a one night stop off. " (97367013)
Beautifully appointed and decorated chalets. Complete privacy and peace. Good breakfast. Very helpful member of staff who dealt with us.
Awful place to find. Even with Tom Tom, it is like trying to find a needle in spaghetti junction. Terrifying on strange roads when tired. No restaurant on site, had to drive to find one open.
