"Excellent restaurant: large varied breakfast buffet and menu of well prepared delicious meal options. Helpful staff who spoke good english. Safe off street parking lot. We stayed in 3rd floor apartment which was a spacious room with a tiny minibar refrigerator and several skylights that kept the room cool. Other rooms appeared more normally euro small and air conditioning may be missed. Center city location not easy to find given numerous one way streets but this hotel is a jewel worth seeking out." Very clean room and hotel, large modern bath with lots of hot water.
Lift only to 2nd floor (stairs to our 3rd floor room were so steep the risers were cut away so a foot could fit on the tread). However, I'm sure we would have been given help with our luggage had we asked. I had to dig for a dislike - we saw it as just extra character.
