"Having stayed at a number of Mercures recently, we were very very disappointed by the poor state of the hotel and our room. It was nowhere near the standard of the Mercure in Bourges and Bergamo, both of which we have stayed in recently." (108198241)
Good location. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Dated room decor, dirty corridors, room smelt of smoke despite being non smoking, dated lounge and dining area.
