Dog friendly MOST important to me. Clean, bathroom was spotless. Attentive and yet unobtrusive staff.Facilities on the service area were also excellent.

Supposed to be a no smoking room - with a bad smell of cigarettes! No alternative room available. Staff did however reduce the rate to compensate.

The hotel was very modern in design and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent room and facilities. Got very good rate. Pleasant, friendly and efficient staff
Quite long drive to next exit and back to get to Coventry Food at adjacent service station not great at times.

Clean, well appointed. Good shower, bathroom. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good parking. I had a small dog with me, staff friendly and helpful, inc. advising me how to access the door, during the night. Good that you have staff on-site 24/7.
I was travelling in a southward direction on the M6. How does one get over the automatic barriers to the back of the services, without a card? There is an advert for the Motel on the entrance to the southbound sliproad, but how would anyone who had not booked, and did not know the area, get access to the Northbound services? as it was, I went down the m'way & doubled back. ( I needed to go North in the morning) Preposted introductory Voucher for £25:- It is not clear on this that it only applies to walk-ins. Kettle still half full of stale water. No other adverse comments! I had booked on-line.

Clean, easy, great staff, big room. I stayed at a DeVere hotel the previous month (albeit at a special rate). Wireless internet didn't work and the room was small and shabby as was the corridor. For cheap rates, these hotels are fantastic.
It was noisy during the night.

Good access to NEC. Room clean and fresh; well lit,making reading in the room comfortable (so many hotel rooms of this type are lit in an unsatisfactory way, so that reading is almost impossible)
Coming from the NEC,it would be easier if you could gain access via the services on the other carriageway, instead of having to go to the next junction and having to come back on yourself.

We were told that the N.E.C was only a few miles from the hotel. We found out it was 8miles away. we wanted a taxi to take us to the venue until we were informed it would be £36.

The rooms are big, quite clean except for a towel that wasn't very white!There's almost no noise from the motorway.
The hotel advertised being very close to NEC, it even has NEC in it's name and it takes about 15mn, by car, to get there I was wronged because I was led to believe the hotel was very close to NEC, to the train station, etc. It doesn't say anywhere that it is in the motorway.

Can't fault this hotel or its staff. The room was clean and smartly decorated. The reception staff where friendly and efficient.
The receptionist didnt say the room number, but handed me a plastic key with a paper fob and directed us towards the door and said the room was down the corridor. The plastic key had a number on it (111). We tried this room and couldnt get in. Luckily there was no one in the room. I opened up the paper fob and saw we were actually in room 009. Good facilities in the room....except there was no milk!!! lol.

modern clean hotel, very pleasant staff.
I booked 3 rooms for family. We were attending a wedding 1 mile from hotel and visit quite frequently. However, hotel can only be accessed from M6 Northbound. No facility for guests to enter or exit locally so we had a 16 mile journey to get to the wedding 1 mile away. This should be looked at closely.
