Easy booking process. Booked deluxe room was very beautiful and big. Helpful staff at check in (late check in). Great location (middle of old town)
Refurbishment in the hotel. Bar under construction. AC not working. Poor and unfriendly service at breakfast. Reception staff during the day very unhelpful. Staff never smiled! Lack of Management! No parking available
