Excellent & friendly staff, good service & lovely freshly cooked breakfasts. All so will to cater for food allergies / intolerances with prior notice.
A bit of a long walk into the town centre, maybe if I knew torquay better there is a short cut?

Hotel Manager and his wife and also the hote owner were lovely chatty friendly people. Really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Nice breakfast
Room was poor- no shower, old beds, furniture was very dated, towel rail was broken, carpet was disgusting.

Our dog was made most welcome which is something we were very pleased with. The breakfast was excellent and the young man who served it was very friendly and confident. A very good experience.
There really was none.

"Adequate, but very noisy. Room was situated above the bar. Staff friendly enough and a pleasant breakfast. Unfortunately, surroundings were worn and the baby's high chair in the dining room was absolutely filthy." (108271539)
Friendly staff
Tea and coffee available in room but no milk supplied. No help with luggage to room. Furnishings and decor very 'tired' and in places wallpaper peeling off the wall and mould on the ceiling.
