Stunningly good value. Expected a small and aging chalet but found a new and modern mini apartment with seperate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Everything seem new and even the TV was better than my one at home. The staff were smiling all th etime and very welcoming.

the apartment was very good, the setting was nice, the resturant was very tasty, staff were very polite.

Excellent staff. Exellent site position. No feeling of being cramped in. Very clean. Exellent value.
Nothing I would describe as "bad". Shower/bath seals need some attention.

The location is good for exploring Norfolk, and the layout of the complex is attractive. The bar and restaurant are pleasant and good value for money. The accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay.
The particular accommodation we were allocated was quite dated in its furnishings and decoration, but having said that, it was very clean and well equipped. My main disappointment was that there was no bathtub, only a shower.

Unbelievable value for money. The quality and size of accommodation was better than I have experienced for a long while. When we travel as a family (children 21 & 18) it is rare for us to avoid booking two hotel rooms - this is a segment that most operators fail to provide for.
I am trying hard to be balanced, but I really can't think of a bad point.

this was a lovely resort with lovely accommodation. The food in the bar was good as was the service.
unfortunately we were given two studios in place of the one apartment we booked, this was due to maintenance. This meant that my partner slept in one studio whilst I stayed with my son in the other, which was not ideal. The studios were nice but no soundproofing at all. We could hear every word from the people above along with every squeek from the floor boards!!!

Lovely standard and good location. Good restaurant and choice of menu. Entertainment manager very nice. Would stay in a villa next trime (because of the noise).
We stayed in a studio. The upstairs floor was VERY noisy. Floor needs to be re-layed, screwed down and sound proofed. It could drive you mad!!! You could hear every sound. Entertainment should expand. Bar could have TV sports on for Olympic breakfast etc.

2 bedroomed villa very spacious, like a home from home. Jacuzzi bath was a lovely surprise. Whole place very clean and modern. Quiet complex. Didnt stay long enough to use the facilities but the pool, gym etc...looked lovely. Beach only a 10 min walk away. Had to climb lots of steps to get back but that made the beach in that part very quiet. Have already recommended it to a friend who had already booked a stay. Wonderful location with very friendly, helpful staff.
Couldnt stay longer!
