Comfortable surroundings
- We reported the bathroom sink plug not working at 18.30 on Sat and it was not mended until 17.30 on Sun. All this time the sink was full of dirty water. - We were telephoned on Sunday at 18.00 to remind us to check out at 10am in the morning. I felt this was not needed and felt pressurised for leaving when we were still only half way through our weekend break. - The upstairs apartment to ours was very noisy - you could heart every footstep they made. It sounded like they had wooden floors and it was a family staying and the children were running up and down from 6am on Sunday morning. YOu could even hear the toilet flushing.

Excellent facilies for family break. Very good standard of 'villas' and evreything was comfortable.
Inadequate car parking on higher level. Entertainment every night would be very helpful particularly if suitable for whole family.

Staying with young grandchildren - so pool, games room, bar restaurant, able to explore for them For us as grandparents - immaculately maintained gardens etc outside; very clean and tidy room/villa, relaxed atmosphere, helpful reception staff.
Restaurant was a bit busy - something must have been going wrong behind the scenes - waitress tried hard to put us off ordering a meal. BUT the meal was absolutely fine for children [and us] in what was a fun atamosphere [for them]and very reasonably priced

Accommodation (bedroom) was damp and smelt of mould. Although walls were washed when complaint was lodged the bedroom remained unusable during our stay and no alternative room was offered by staff. We felt customer service was poor.

staff efficient and friendly and always willing to help. villa well proportioned and comfortable. kitchen utensils, crockery etc. very good as are bed linen, hand and bath towels etc.the villa are kept very clean.
painwork in villa in general is not very good. tiling and grouting in bathrooms need looking at.

We both had a very relaxing weekend at Cromer Country Club and hope to visit again sometime. So central and such lovely walks along the cliff top. Our weather was superb along with all the facilities you offered.
We haven't any bad points.

Cleanliness and facilities in room.
No soundproofing between floors - was wokoen at 5am by resident above snoring! - Also heard his tv at 6am and him singing the night before!! - Really glad they weren't a young couple!!

The equipment provided is excellent and the decor is really modern and tasteful.
The jacuzzi option on the bath had not been used for a while so needed cleaning a bit further.

Good comfortable villa with everything you needed to cater for a weekend break. We had the 2 bedroom version for 4 of us, there was plenty of space n the downstairs room had we needed the sofa bed
Could be a difficult site if you are not very mobile as the site is steep & you cant park next to the villa, so ask for disabled facility if you are at all uncertain

This request was confirmed via email but on check-in this information was not passed to the hotel as no cot was prepared. Cromer Country Club, Thorpe Market - Reviews & Ratings"Very good. The site is very close to the sea, with good access to the beech. The site is a short 5 minute drive from the town centre. We would stay there again." (107549137)
Accomodation was much better than expected. The staff on reception were very helpful. Good local knowledge. Pool, steam room and sauna areas were all of a high standard. The maintainance staff were very quick to sort out the blocked drain in our shower.
The restaurant area needed to be updated, as the layout seemed a bit 1980's. Parking near the main reception is very limited. If you're into using the gym, you may be dissapointed, as it's rather small and the equipment is a bit out dated.
