  Bright - nice location - clean room with bright linen - well decorated and furnished. Free wifi.

  Few maintenance issues.

  Good price - half price special discount via online booking. Great location and views.

  Food was too expensive. Just wanted a cheap bar snack, club sandwich or bacon roll or £5 lasagne, but ended up having to pay £14 for Sausage and Mash!! Shower was very difficult to adjust...half a milimetre between hot and cold!

  "overall very nice - I extended my stay a number of times - good price in comparison with other hotels in the area" (97144487)

  very nice surroundings - set in park grounds, friendly staff, nice pool, also set into nice historic buildings, very quiet

  shower taps are a bit of a problem although I understand they are being replaced, little way out of town - need a car to stay here

  Free wireless internet and quiet location

  Rooms a little on small side and door locks are a bit flimsy
